Empty red seats in a theatre

These Walls

These Walls

We're all haunted by something. That's certainly how Sam feels upon returning to an old and nearly abandoned theatre many years after last being a member of the cast. Sam has always felt that the events that happened here have become a ghost in a life full of missed opportunities. A memory of being followed by doubt and the anxieties of youth... A phantom it's impossible to outrun. Sam needs to understand what happened here all those years ago and why the footsteps never faded.

Then something inexplicable happens... as the memories wash over the stage, Sam finds that the characters of the past still exist in this place. That the colour and emotions of that time are woven into the fabric of the building itself. Is this a possibility of a second chance? Is there a way to talk to young Sammy and change what happened? Can time be re-written in a place where stories are told? Or will the chase continue?

Join us for a play that takes place in the shadows. The place behind the polished veneer. Backstage, where the real drama takes place. "These Walls" is an original play devised by the members of Parsnips Youth Theatre and is a testament to friendship, forgiveness and the power of moving on.

Please note - this play is being performed by two casts. Please double check that you are selecting the correct performance before booking.
