Make sure to include a quality image that captures the imagination of consumers and motivates them to visit our city and county. Only events submitted with an image will be considered.
IMPORTANT: The What's On calendar only lists events that are open to the public and with broad appeal to potential visitors, such as festivals, sporting events, live music, visual arts and events of that nature. All events are subject to approval to determine that the event meets our listing criteria.
We've recently partnered with Data Thistle, the largest supplier of live events data in the UK. As before, you'll still be able to have your events on the Visit Leicester website FREE of charge, but there's now a few ways you can go about this - as outlined in this helpful guide
This is a completely free service that will mean your events will be distributed to not just Visit Leicester but partners like LNER, Enjoy.ly, The List and more. If you use the automated event functionality, this should also save you time on uploading and ultimately help you sell more tickets!
