Interested in having your event listed on Visit Leicester’s What’s On calendar for free? To have your event considered for inclusion complete the form via the link below.

Your event must provide a unique, authentic experience of Leicester and Leicestershire with a strong appeal for visitors. Make sure to include a quality image that captures the imagination of consumers and motivates them to visit our city and county. Only events submitted with an image will be considered.

IMPORTANT: The What’s On calendar only lists events that are open to the public and with broad appeal to potential visitors, such as festivals, sporting events, live music, visual arts and events of that nature. All events are subject to approval to determine that the event meets our listing criteria.

We’ve partnered with Data Thistle, the largest supplier of live events data in the UK. This is a completely free service that will mean your events will be distributed to Visit Leicester and also partners like LNER, Enjoy.ly, The List and more. If you use the automated event functionality, this will save you time on uploading and ultimately help you sell more tickets or attract more visitors!
