This is definitely one to tick off the bucket list. Your adventure begins with a safety briefing, explanation of the controls and a short history of the 17 tonne FV432 tank you’ll be driving- then you are off! You’ll start by familiarising yourself with the controls with the hatch open then it’s time to simulate battle conditions with the hatch closed and full reliance on the periscope.
Three laps later your thrilling experience is complete, and you can visit the onsite museum that features many well-known tanks and other military memorabilia.
Up to two passengers may join you and spectators are welcome (extra charges apply). The Tank Driving Experience is run on a one-to-one basis.
Suitable for beginners. First lap on the track is instructor driven, then it’s over to you.
With Yurts, Pubs, and Luxury Hotels nearby, there's plenty of options if you want to extend your visit. Stay - Armourgeddon
