Wistow Maze

About

Wistow Maze

A giant 8-acre Maize Maze with a fun Quiz Trail hidden amongst 3 miles of pathways, with high-level bridges and viewing towers giving stunning panoramic views of the maze and the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Each year Wistow Maze is redesigned using GPS satellite technology. In 2023 it was designed in the shape of a 'Green Sea Turtle’ to highlight the problems facing the world’s marine wildlife. 2024's design is still to be revealed, so keep your eyes on our site for more info coming soon!

The maze includes an "Activity Funyard" packed with mini mazes and games for all ages, including 6 minute mazes, hoopla, bean bag throwing, and a football shooting game, which can be played on before or after entering the giant maze.

A Winner of Leicestershire's "Best Visitor Attraction" the maze is popular with both school and office outings.

Situated opposite the maze is the Wistow Rural Centre with a cafe/bistro, Mediterranean deli, garden centre, art gallery, model village and shops selling jewellery, women's clothing, dog accessories, furniture, home fragrances and gifts galore, making it a fun day out for everyone.

No need to book in advance, just turn up!
