What does that look like? Expect all the things you love about Indian food – the aromatic spices, the diverse flavours and the colourful dishes – but brought up to date with modern food trends like crispy duck samosas or salmon tikka massala.
The menu, which has been designed from years of research by chefs, is a real journey around the Indian subcontinent, from the Bengal and Goa to the traditional Muglai flavours of north India. With a selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, every taste is catered for.
