This year our concert is in the company of the Leicester Rock Choir. A wonderful way to get the Christmas mood underway within the beautiful surroundings of St. Andrew's Church in Aylestone Village. Hosted by the St. Andrew's Initiative all funds raised will go toward hosting future community events and supporting the parish of St. Andrew's Church.
The Leicester Rock Choir is led by Sarah Stephens who has a wealth of experience as a conductor and teacher and loves using her energetic personality and expertise to enthuse singers and musicians of all ages and abilities. Sarah is a highly talented and enthusiastic musician who graduated with a BMus (Hons) from the University of Birmingham and went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Vocal Studies at Birmingham Conservatoire for which she was awarded a Distinction. She enjoys combining her passion for singing and teaching. She performs as a freelance soprano soloist and has performed throughout the country including at York Minster, Birmingham Symphony Hall, St Paul's Cathedral and Westminster Abbey.
