Opal22 is proud to host All Shades of Brown, a groundbreaking creative conference celebrating Black and Brown creatives across the Midlands. Taking place on Thursday, 27th February 2025, at De Montfort University, this event is set to empower and inspire a new generation of artists, activists, and industry professionals.
Join us for a full day of engaging Panel Discussions on vital topics such as accessibility, environmentalism, and mentorship, workshops designed to help creatives build their careers and secure funding and an Art Showcase featuring some of the most exciting emerging and local talent in the Midlands.
Joining the event will be keynote Speaker Pogus Caesar, an internationally recognized artist and activist, known for his work advocating for underrepresented communities.
Whether you're an artist looking for inspiration, an aspiring creative looking to connect, or simply someone passionate about celebrating diversity in the arts, All Shades of Brown is the place to be.
