Come and enjoy these two very unique venues run by the local Tollgate Brewery. The Tap at No.76 is a buzzing micropub in the centre of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, and an award winning CAMRA North Leicestershire & Loughborough Micro-pub of the year 2023 Bronze Winner.

The Milking Parlour is a brewery tap situated in a rustic dairy shed on the National Trust’s Calke Abbey Estate, also the home to Tollgate’s six barrel brewery plant. Brewery tours are available, but sell out quickly! Both venues host regular fun packed food, drink and music events. Combine a visit to the Milking Parlour with a walk to the nearby Calke Abbey or other nearby trails.

Cattows Farm is much more than just a farm. Set in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside close to the villages of Heather and Swepstone, it’s an absolute experience. Tynt Meadow has a distinctive flavour of its own, mahogany in colour, made from water drawn from the onsite well and with sustainably sourced local ingredients.

Situated in this tranquil setting surrounded by panoramic views of Leicestershire, enjoy walking around the Abbey and nearby trails. The Abbey shop gives an opportunity to purchase this unique ale as well as other locally sourced products.
