Try an Assault Course in the heart of the National Forest

Challenge yourself to complete an instructor led assault course in the heart of the National Forest. This assault course is great for training, general fitness and stamina and has been designed to test physical endurance and co-ordination but in a fun and exciting way. 

All ages and capabilities are catered for from 8 to 80 years. The assault course is great if you want to train for OCR, Tough Guy or Tough Mudder events or just for a routine workout in beautiful outdoor surroundings.  It includes two parallel lanes with 17 varied obstacles, and you are welcome to finish off with a run. 

Suitable for beginners. All assault course sessions are instructor led.
