Experience the beauty of tropical birds and parrots in the heart of Leicestershire. Nestled on the northern outskirts of Desford village in Leicestershire, Tropical Birdland is a 6.5-acre sanctuary for Parrots and exotic birds. From parrots to owls, ducks and emu, see the birds both in their cages and flying freely around the site.
Housing over 250 feathery residents, every square inch has been devoted to giving a home to some of the most alluring and captivating species from around the world. Take a walk through the pathways, explore the woods and at the end of the trail you can even feed and hold the birds in a special supervised area.
An on-site café offers reasonably priced food and drink and Tropical Birdland also hosts seasonal and special events. The perfect day out for all the family.
