The monks of Mount St Bernard Abbey brew the UK’s only recognised Trappist ale at their memorable Augustus Pugin-designed Abbey in the heart of rural Leicestershire.
Tynt Meadow is a rich, full-bodied mahogany-colour beer with a complex taste of dark chocolate, fruit and liquorice with an abv of 7.40%. The beer is available to buy in the Abbey shop and the public gardens and all services in the Abbey church are open to visitors.
