About

Dough What

Dough What is a fantastic new pizza restaurant on Leicester’s King Street, and the only place in the UK where you can enjoy both Neapolitan and Chicago Deep Dish pizzas.

Their pizzas always start with fresh dough, made on-site, made by a family who eat pizza every day.

Their soft and elastic textured dough is proofed to perfection creating that lightness and fluff for easy digestibility.

With the best garlic pizza bread, delicious thin crust Neapolitan pizza, or the Chicago deep dish with the longest cheese pull in the city, and finished up with a dessert pizza!

There is pasta, salad and skin on fries for any non-doughers. Being fully licensed means you can enjoy wine, beer & spirits too.

They offer pizza for both vegan & gluten free diners! Theiv Vegetarian pizzas can be made vegan, and any pizza can be made gluten free!
