Decades later it passed to the Snowdon family, with Susan Snowdon moving in her rock legend partner, Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi. After a short stint as flats, the house was restored to its former glory between 1999 and 2003, ready to make its debut as a 4-star hotel.
