When Ahmed Kidy returned from the Far East, he was convinced the UK was ready for Korean-inspired street food.
The Grounded Kitchen cooks meals so tasty that you’ll forget that their basic focus is on healthy balance.
Their meals have nothing to do with food fads or dietary exclusions, and everything to do with mindful eating, delicious dishes and supporting you in your ambition to be healthy, happy and grounded in everything you do.
Their dishes mainly include Korean-inspired, nutrient-rich nourish bowls, such as the vegetarian Buddha – which can also be made vegan if required, the Bulgogi chicken and avocado, and the Bulgogi beef bibimbap. There is also Edamame and sweet potato, the Gochujang chicken and avocado, or the Gochujang beef bibimbap. Everything is freshly prepared each day.
