Bybrook Barn is an oasis of calm and tranquility ideal for business, leisure and romantic breaks set amidst the Charnwood Forest, a short walk from Bradgate Park and Swithland Woods in a secluded location established for over 18 years.

Offering 2 lovely individually styled rooms, each on the ground floor with their own entrance and en-suites, both have king sized beds, free parking, wifi and garden areas, breakfast is included too.

Breakfast can be taken in the summer house set in the quirky sculpture garden overlooking Swithland Woods or in the snug dinning room within the barn… or you may prefer breakfast in your room. Each breakfast is individually cooked/prepared just for you to your exact liking.

The Garden Room - offers a space which is a little bit different with lounge area and large garden overlooking the paddocks and big sky that delivers stunning sunsets and starry nights, a place where you can lie in bed and watch nature at it’s best… badgers, foxes, horses, deer, owls, red kite and hundreds of woodland birds.

The Stable Room - situated within the barn with its own entrance for complete privacy and parking next to the room, complete with king sized bed and en-suite shower room.

Dogs are welcome here… there are so many amazing walks all around, local pubs allow dogs too…

Vans on business - you can be assured of your van and contents being as safe as they can be parked directly next to your room. We can take vans up to 13 feet high of most lengths.
