A brand new high-tech manufacturing and logistics space has been announced for Falcon Park in Loughborough and businesses who choose to invest here will soon be flying high!
The green light has been given to this new development which promises a massive boost to the local economy and has the potential to create fantastic economic growth and new employment opportunities.

Falcon business park is located in the centre of Loughborough, very close to the Midland Mainline railway service between London (1hr 15m) and Sheffield (1 hr).

The new development will feature a mix of manufacturing and logistics space, complementing existing high-bay manufacturing buildings, with units ranging from 3,900 to 110,000 sq ft. This is ideal for both traditional and high-tech manufacturers alongside modern logistics operators.
The new units will be modern and sustainable, with a strong emphasis on ESG credentials and constructed to a BREEAM Excellent standard and an EPC A rating whilst also incorporating features targeting power generation, energy consumption and drainage management.

The project, which has just been granted planning consent, is being led by Aureon Partners and Arax Properties and will be created across two adjacent sites at Falcon Park in Loughborough.
