dhl plans to occupy huge logistics unit in leicestershire

The new 28.4 acre development is located at Cornscrew Lane, Ashby De La Zouch and is forecast to create at least 400 new jobs upon completion.

Northwest Leicestershire Council’s Planning Committee approved the application on 9 December and accepted it would make a contribution to economic growth and not result in any unacceptable impacts on the natural built or historic environment. In addition it is located within a reasonable travel distance which will support the movement towards a low carbon economy.
