Start your Black History month in a mellow mood A gentle one-hour soundbath-style performance relax and energise while listening to meditative soundscapes created by Mellow Baku with an optional invitation to join a sound-offering libation honouring our ancestors for Black History Month
with voice, live looping, meditative soundscapes, healing-frequency instruments and healing songs from artist Mellow Baku's Afro-Trinidadian mixed lineage.

A restorative lunchtime space to release, restore and reset, with chair seating and floor cushion options.
