Inspired by the stunning 1999 album by Michael Brecker, Time is of the Essence is an organ quartet: sax, guitar, organ and drums. Formed in 2010, the band features original music along with pieces by the likes of Michael Brecker, Steely Dan, Wes Montgomery and Eddie Harris, falling very much into the groove category of jazz!
