Nevill Holt Festival
Leicestershire’s answer to the Hay Festival the Nevil Holt Festival is running from 29 May until 21 June.
This festival of arts, entertainment and ideas is held in the Leicestershire countryside each Spring. Building on a decade of opera performances, the Nevill Holt Festival now includes opera, concerts, conversations, performances, art exhibitions, family events and open gardens.
Welcoming household names including Rory Bremner, Claire Balding, Alexander Armstrong, David Cameron, Kristen Scott Thomas and many more!
With panoramic views that look out over three counties, Nevill Holt’s award-winning theatre is surrounded by bucolic private gardens designed by Chelsea gold medal winner, Rupert Golby.
Against the backdrop of the stunning Nevill Holt Hall, visitors can enjoy outstanding pieces of British sculpture including works by Antony Gormley, Rachel Whiteread, Allen Jones and Marc Quinn.
