Join us at the Firebug Leicester for a grassroots acoustic special raising money for the MVT.

Hi, I'm Charlie Smith, an Alternative Acoustic artist from Hampshire, UK. In April, I will be embarking on my spring tour, fundraising for the Music Venue Trust. This will include six different grassroots music venues around England. Join us on the 15th of April at the Firebug Leicester for an acoustic special featuring four independent artists. Free entry with a suggested 5 donation. All money raised will go directly to the music venue trust. Come along and support grassroots music with us.

My name might be common, but my style is alternative. I'm Charlie Smith, a fiercely independent artist from Southampton, UK. Not only do I record and perform my own music, but I also play a part in the local grassroots music scene by regularly hosting my own music events. It's a real privilege to be able to organise my April tour, which raises funds for The Music Venue Trust and supports the vital work they do. As I always say, support independent music and use your local venues before you lose them.

I am Luuk Wiersema from Leicester, of the bands The Pedalheads and Haze and Static. I will be playing an acoustic set, with both acoustic versions of original songs and chill covers. Get down for a good time and to support the charity!

Blame The Mood is a project started by singer-songwriter Billy Reynolds after he couldnt make up his mind on what genre he wanted to go create. After starting country bands and rock bands and trying the solo thing, he decided to create a project where he can release any type of song he wants to and work with anyone on any song.
