After a 6 year break, Gaz Birtles' annual Lets Play Bowie night returns to honour the music of the great David Bowie. Always on or around the time of his birthday and subsequent death, Gaz brings together a plethora of musical acts based in and around Leicester to perform a few songs each of the great man.

This years offerings will see the reformation of the Hunky Dory's to perform the whole of the classic album, Hunky Dory in its entirety.

Also on the bill so far are The Andy Wales Band, Heartsauce, Nick Whitfield, Kevin Hewick, Andrea Kenny, Nile & Jordan, Wellard Willy. Plus many more slots to be filled.

This Sunday afternoon/early evening show is a must for, not only Bowie fans, but for lovers of great live music. Set in the lovely venue of The International, it will be the perfect event to kickstart the New Year with.

This event always sells out in advance so please get your ticket if you are thinking of coming.
