Celebrate autumn with a concert of classical music with Leicestershire Sinfonia. In the first half we will play Mozart's Overture to the opera Cosi fan Tutti, then Dvorak's Czech Suite, full of good Dvorak tunes! In the second half, Symphony no 1 by Emilie Mayer, a composer most people haven't heard of, but she was known as "the female Beethoven". A composer worth discovering.
