
Jill Crossland Classical Piano Recital
Jill Crossland is a renowned international classical pianist and she pursues an active concert and recording career, giving over fifty concerts a year.
She has played regularly on the South Bank and at Wigmore Hall in London, and her recent appearances have also included Cadogan, Bridgewater and Fairfield Halls, St George’s Bristol, the Leipzig Gewandhaus, Vienna Musikverein, Vienna Konzerthaus, the National Concert Hall Dublin and a number of recitals at Sage Gateshead Hall.
Jill’s recordings include the Bach Goldberg Variations on Warner Classics and works by Handel, Scarlatti, Mozart and Beethoven. She has featured in the Classic FM Hall of Fame. Jill has appeared on radio and TV, including live and recorded broadcasts on BBC Radio 3 and 4. She has an extensive recording catalogue of music by Rameau, Mozart, Beethoven, Bach and Chopin.
Jill’s most recent recording of a selection of Chopin’s Nocturnes, Ballades and Etudes was released by Signum Classics at Easter and tracks have been streamed over 400,000 times.
In this concert, Jill will perform works from composers including Bach and Scarlatti.
