In the Summer of 1645, the town of Leicester was besieged by Royalist forces and suffered the bloodiest 48 hours in its long history. On the anniversary of the siege, discover stories of bravery and barbarism whilst exploring the sites and settings for some of the bloodiest fighting in the town.
