Hickling Scarecrow Festival and Dog Show

Come along to the Hickling Scarecrow Festival, a fun-filled village weekend for all the family – including the four-legged members!

Explore the beautiful Vale of Belvoir village of Hickling as it comes alive with imaginative scarecrows, then enjoy refreshments, stalls, activities and plenty of traditional village-festival atmosphere.

Saturday – Dog Show with a Difference

Saturday also features our fun and friendly Dog Show with a Difference. Forget the traditional beauty contest – our classes celebrate happy dogs, healthy movement, great partnerships and, most importantly, having fun together.

Whether your dog is young, old, perfectly trained or delightfully unpredictable, there’s a class to have a go at!

Scarecrow Trail – Saturday & Sunday

Follow the trail around Hickling and discover the fantastic scarecrows created by villagers. This year's theme is anything beginning with the letter H, so expect plenty of creativity, surprises and a few laughs along the way.

There will also be food and refreshments, stalls and activities to enjoy throughout the weekend.
