Serendipity Institute for Black Arts and Heritage proudly marks its first year at 8 Bowling Green Street, a Grade II listed building in Leicester city centre.

As the current custodians of this historic site, the Serendipity team has researched its fascinating history and the vital role it has played in Leicester since 1865. To celebrate the building’s one hundred and sixtieth anniversary, Serendipity is participating in Heritage Open Days.
