Hannah Brine at Leicester Guildhall
Join award-winning singer-songwriter Hannah Brine for an intimate evening of original music and seasonal favourites in the beautiful surroundings of the Guildhall.
With a velvet voice and a gift for storytelling, Hannah's songs are inspired by the timeless traditions of jazz, folk and classic songwriting, drawing comparisons with artists such as Carole King, Norah Jones and Melody Gardot. Alongside her own acclaimed music, she'll perform a handpicked selection of Christmas classics, blending warmth, humour, nostalgia and a little winter sparkle.
Originally from Leicester, Hannah has gone on to perform at venues including Bridgewater Hall and Buxton Opera House (supporting Rumer), and to sell out London's iconic Pheasantry. A two-time winner of Best Solo Vocal at the Buxton Fringe, she has been praised for her "wonderfully crafted songs" (Jazzwise) and for creating performances that are both intimate and captivating.
Settle in beside the Guildhall's roaring open fire for a chance to slow down and enjoy the start of the festive season in one of Leicester's most historic and atmospheric venues.
Hannah is joined by acclaimed pianist George King.
