Galactic Gathering – Festival of the Force
Head to a galaxy not so far, far away for a weekend of intergalactic family fun at the National Space Centre’s Galactic Gathering.
Try out lightsaber training, drive a droid and grab a selfie with a Sith at the Galactic Gathering, a weekend of Star Wars fan fun at one of the spaciest venues in the UK.
Taking place over the 28 and 29 of June, the award-winning venue will fill with jedi, stormtroopers and sith for a celebration like no other.
There will also be opportunities to play Star Wars themes board games with Asmodee, join Droidbuilders STEAM Academy to create your own droid and make and take some craft mementoes with the National Space Centre’s own Discovery Team.
Explore a market of UK based traders and creatives, then settle back in the UK’s largest planetarium to watch an award-winning show, including The Great Solar System Adventure, created in-house by the NSC Creative fulldome team.
With plenty of activities on for all ages ranging from entertaining to educational, there will be something for every guest whether they are a Star Wars superfan or new to the franchise.
