FIT-HF community showcase event – Better Care, Better Living

This is an interactive event celebrating the success and impact of the FIT-HF programme. We would like to share with you how the programme is making a real difference to people living with heart conditions.

FIT-HF brings together patients, carers, healthcare professionals, service managers and researchers to co-design and implement a multidisciplinary programme to deliver holistic, patient-centred care for patients with heart conditions.

Come along to try our taster sessions on healthy eating, medication support, gentle exercise and dance, environmental and social support! Have a body composition & muscle strength check! Enjoy short educational talks, visit information stalls from our partner organisations, hear about the FIT-HF programme and other ongoing research projects. Meet the team, ask questions, share your experiences and help us shape future research.
