Extinct Objects

7th February - 8th February
Attenborough Arts Centre, University of Leicester, Lancaster Road, Leicester, LE1 7HA

Extinct Objects is an interactive performance for children that connects seemingly distant worlds: the extinction of dinosaurs, the emergence of plastic, and the disappearance of everyday objects we once loved.

Through playful use of devices such as an overhead projector, slide projector, and cassette player, objects once common but now forgotten, the audience enters a space of memory, imagination, and new possibilities. These “extinct” objects become characters and accomplices in the game.
