Electric Dreamsbrings together music from some of the most distinctive and influential films and television series of our time. Featuring iconic themes fromInterstellar,Twin Peaks,Game of Thrones,The Truman Show,Severance,American Beauty,Pulp Fictionand the world ofHitchcock, this immersive programme is performed by an ensemble of strings, keyboard and percussion.
Arranged by David Le Page, these striking new interpretations are reimaginedthrough his own distinctive musical voice. Drawing on the work of composersincluding Hans Zimmer, Philip Glass, Samuel Barber, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Ennio Morricone, Ravel, Bernard Herrmann, Astor Piazzolla, Radiohead and Yann Tiersen, the programme moves effortlessly between cinematic grandeur, minimalist beauty and atmospheric intensity.
Blending film music, classical influences and contemporary sound worlds, Electric Dreams explores the unforgettable themes that have shaped our collective cinematic imagination.
