Castle Baroque Opera perform Purcell's iconic work Dido and Aeneas , with a new prologue adapted from text by Nahum Tate by Seb Carrington.
Performed on original instruments, and juxtaposed with a vibrant new production by visionary director Seb Carrington, this production will prove to be one of the most exciting and thought-provoking events of the season.
LOCATION
The opera takes place at St Andrew's Church, Jarrom St, Leicester. Please arrive at the church with your ticket ready to be scanned by the steward.
