The cast of six female roles will fill the stage with energy and humour as they use a colourful set full of props to work with during the play written by Sue Townsend and set in the 1970s. There are some brilliant one liners delivered by all the cast as they delved into the minds of Katrina, Bell-Bell and Margaret, who have refused to step foot out of their homes for years.

Margaret, a foul mouthed character is hilarious but also vulnerable, as she takes to the stage to reveal that there is more to her character then just her potty mouth. Gwenda, the terrible volunteer social worker who hinders their recovery is so easy to both hate and feel sympathy.
