In this unique thriller, Sir Charles Jasper is due to inherit £2m on his 40th birthday, on condition that he can survive the night in the supposedly haunted St. James’ Theatre.

He plans to celebrate the occasion with a party on the stage, but the merriment is curtailed by the arrival of a long-lost relative, who would receive the legacy in the event of Sir Charles’ death. All of a sudden, the certainty of Sir Charles surviving the night becomes somewhat dubious…

Set in the 1930s, Emlyn Williams lets his characters loose in a lively romp through the ghostly happenings of the deserted theatre. An evening where your flesh may creep at the same time as your funny bone is tickled.
